Shipping and Returns
Everything you need to know to make sure you get your Classic Studio order on time.
When will my order be shipped out?
- Wine Labels – Ships within 48 business hours.
- Everything Else – Ships within 24 business hours.
Business hours are Monday through Friday 8am-5pm Eastern Time excluding weekends and holidays. Need help determining when your order will ship? Email email@example.com
Here’s an example – you place your order for labels on a Friday and need it delivered by the following Friday. Your order will ship within 48 business hours, which would be Tuesday. You would then need to select a 2-Day service to arrive by/before Friday. Since our orders ship from Ontario, Canada you may be able to select a more economical option like Ground or Priority Mail.
We do not recommend counting Saturday as a shipping day. If you need to RUSH your order or need additional help determining what will be the best shipping option please email firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
To provide you with the most affordable shipping possible, we calculate our rates in real time using the items in your order and shipping location.

At Classic Studio Labels, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your custom products. If you are not satisfied with your finished product, please follow the instructions below to help us resolve the issue with you. Since our products are custom and made specifically for you, we do not accept product returns.
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order to inquire about a replacement order, refund, or store credit. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly. Please include any photos of the defective product in your email. Any inquiry without any proof of damage/defect is not eligible for a full refund, and may only qualify for store credit.
It is your responsibility to review your order and confirm that everything looks correct before submitting it to us. We cannot refund for your order if the issue is due to:
- Typographical errors, misspelled words or name, incorrect grammar, unfinished text, or other material provided by the user.
- Low resolution or pixelated images provided by the user. Please make sure all photos and original artwork are at least 150dpi before submitting.
